Brand Australia Engagement Program

The Brand Australia Program seeks brand partners to further the program’s objectives with target audiences in priority international markets.

This includes:

  • Maximising visibility of the Australia Unlimited brand
  • Showcasing Australian capability
  • Generating advocacy for the program.

If your core business, activity, event or program involves the presentation of Australia to an international audience we would like to hear from you.

If your core business is the international marketing of Australian educational services, we recommend you consider using the ‘Future Unlimited’ brand.

How you can use the brand

You can use Australia Unlimited by:

  • Applying the ‘Australia Unlimited’ brand mark  on your marketing collateral. This is defined as cooperative marketing
  • Applying the brand (brandmark and assets, using the brand guidelines) across specific international events, meetings and exhibitions.

The Brand Program also has limited funds available to sponsor relevant activities.

Benefits of working with Brand Australia

In addition to the positive association of aligning your organisation with Australia’s nation brand we are also focussed on telling the story of contemporary Australia to targetted international audiences, potentially gaining international exposure for your organisation in the process. Stories of success, achievement and innovation arising from your organisation and/ or industry will assist us in telling this story.

Risk Management

The Building Brand Australia Program is funded by the Australian Government. It is administered responsibly, according to the relevant laws and policies for a program of this type.

Brand Partners must therefore:

  • Express corporate aims, values and objectives consistent with the Building Brand Australia Program, Austrade, and Australian, state and local government policy and standards
  • Be financially solvent
  • Have a proven track-record in delivery of international activities
  • Pose minimal reputational risk to the Australian Government internationally
  • Not be engaged in discriminatory activity or activity which is detrimental to public health and safety.

Agreements

Agreements with brand partners are formalised through a logo license or MOU (used with FMA Act Australian Government agencies or departments), both of which are underpinned by our Logo Requirements document. Sponsorship agreements are entered into separately, but are also underpinned by the Logo Requirements document.
